1. Wipe Them Down With Pet Wipes
Pet owners are commonly told to brush out their cats. This does help, but another thing that you can do is wipe them down with pet wipes. The pet wipe will pull off loose fur, often more effectively than a brush. Even better, pet wipes reduce the amount of dander on the cat's coat, which can reduce allergies in those who are sensitive.
2. Use a Vacuum, Not a Broom
Getting a vacuum with a hard floor setting will make your job a lot easier. Cat fur is so lightweight that it tends to be kicked up by a broom; it will then just happily drift to another section of your home. Vacuums, especially those designed for homes with pets, will actually get rid of the fur rather than just moving it around.
3. Lint Roll Your Upholstery
